Terms and Conditions for
Points Rewards Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Points Rewards Program ("Program"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program, which is operated by Plantee ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid account with Plantee.

2.2 The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

3. Enrollment

3.1 To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on our platform and agree to these Terms.

3.2 Upon enrollment, you will receive a unique identifier which will be used to track your point accumulation.

4. Earning Points

4.1 Points can be earned through various activities, including but not limited to:

  • Eating a plant-based meal

  • Referring new users to our platform

  • Participating in promotions or special events

4.2 The specific number of points earned per activity will be determined by the Company and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Points will be credited to your account within 3 days of the completion of the qualifying activity.

5. Redeeming Points

5.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards as specified on our platform. The available rewards and the number of points required for each reward are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Account Termination

7.1 Grounds for Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards other users, our staff, or third parties.

  • Posting or distributing content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Engaging in behavior that is discriminatory, hateful, or promotes violence or illegal activities.

  • Using the platform to impersonate another person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations, or encouraging others to do so.

  • Breaching any terms of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies of the platform.

7.2 Notification: While we are not obligated to provide prior notice of account termination, we may choose to notify you of the reason for termination via the email address associated with your account.

7.3 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of your account:

  • Your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

  • You will lose access to any data or content associated with your account, and such data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

  • Any pending transactions, activities and accumulated points associated with your account may be canceled.

7.4 Appeal Process: If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact us within 30 days of termination to request a review of your account. We will investigate and make a determination at our sole discretion.

7.5 Reactivation: Reactivation of a terminated account is at our sole discretion and may require you to provide assurances or undertake specific actions to prevent further violations of these terms.

7.6 Amendments: We reserve the right to modify this clause at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised clause.

8. Fraud and Abuse

8.1 Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

8.2 Examples of fraudulent or abusive behaviour include, but are not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using automated processes to earn points, and participating in the Program in violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Program

9.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice to you.

9.2 Any changes to these Terms or the Program will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

10.2 The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program or any rewards.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of UNCITRAL.

12.2 The place of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Program.

13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
